mid laughter

This was captured on my first laughter Skype session.  Pixelated but you get the idea. :)

the wonders of technology and a 14 year old

Yey after a few attempts to connect we did out 10 minute laughter session thanks to my 14 year old son Alex sorting the ipad out x ....it was not as scary as I thought it would be and I feel so upbeat.    Just sat eating my spag bol with a glass of vino and feeling chilled.  Pulling faces at each other over skype and behaving child like is actually liberating when you have a serious job x fantastic can,t wait until tomorrow x thanks Maria x

helloooooo im back

Its been a while since I posted onto my laughter blog.  Life has been full of the ups and downs, busy helping family move house, back and fourth to doctors with pain in my hips to get answers and basically all work and no play.  Its a Friday night and I would usually go home, put my onesie on and veg before the tv but I went for my first week of laughter yoga one to one coaching with Maria of ChiKi Holistic Health.  Tonight was an introduction to laughter yoga, the concept, the history behind it and before I knew it I was practicing the warm up exercises which actually started to turn into real laughter.  I can not believe that I felt as upbeat driving home as I did, singing along to my favourite tune I felt so much lighter and uplifted.  Tomorrow I have a Skype session with Maria which I will put into practice some of the techniques so watch this space :) x have a great evening
